August 5, 2008 - Hillside, NJ – Donjon Marine Co., Inc., a provider of multi-faceted marine services including marine salvage, heavy lift, dredging and related emergency response services, was contracted under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) by the U.S. Coast Guard to provide emergency salvage services for two tugboats that sank on July 28, 2008 at a pier adjacent to the Schuylkill River near the Girard Point Bridge outside Philadelphia, PA.

July 14, 2008 - Hillside, NJ – On July 2, while outbound to begin clamming operations, the F/V Susan II, a 120-ton clam vessel, sunk in approximately 35 feet of water 350 yards East of the Northern Jetty of Manasquan Inlet in Manasquan, New Jersey.

March 5, 2008 - Hillside, NJ – On February 12, 2008, Donjon Marine, Co., Inc., a provider of multi-faceted marine services including marine salvage, heavy lift, dredging and related emergency response services, was contracted by the ship-owner and the Unified Command at Coast Guard Sector Boston to assist the liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanker Catalunya Spirit, which lost propulsion and became disabled and adrift East of Cape Cod.

DONJON MARINE CO., INC. PROVIDES HEAVY-LIFT, DIVING AND SALVAGE SERVICES TO DREDGE NEW YORK

February 8, 2008 - Hillside, NJ – On January 24, 2008, Donjon Marine, Co., Inc., a provider of multi-faceted marine services including marine salvage, heavy lift, dredging and related emergency response services, was contracted by owners of the 200-foot-long excavator style dredge New York to supply heavy lift, diving and related salvage services after the dredge was struck by the 669-foot vessel Orange Sun while working in Newark Bay, New Jersey.  The dredge New York sustained considerable damage.  This damage included the loss of buoyancy at the excavator end, fracturing of the hull at the point of impact, as well as bending of two of the 3-6-feet square, 100-ton spuds, effectively pinning the New York in place.

January 11, 2008 - Hillside, NJ – On December 27, 2007, Donjon Marine, Co., Inc., a provider of multi-faceted marine services including marine salvage, heavy lift, dredging and related emergency response services,dispatched its 7,000- horsepower salvage vessel Atlantic Salvor to provide salvage support and towing services to the 330-foot container vessel M/V Agaman.  The vessel had a complete engine room failure, allegedly, as a result of contaminated fuel during its transit from Cuba to Canada.

DONJON MARINE CO., INC. REMOVES TWO WEATHER TOWERS FROM RUTGERS UNIVERSITY MARINE FIELD STATION

November 19, 2007 - Hillside, NJ – Donjon Marine, Co., Inc., a provider of multi-faceted marine services including marine salvage, heavy lift, dredging and related emergency response services,was contracted by Rutgers University for the demolition and removal of two weather towers from their Marine Field Station located in Little Egg Inlet in Tuckerton, New Jersey.  The biggest tower was 217 feet tall and weighed 60 tons and was in danger of falling due to erosion by the seawater at the base of the tower.  The second, smaller tower, 65 feet in length, was in danger of falling due to corrosion.
